Application Requirements.
The following information is required before your child’s first day of school:
Identification Card.
A copy of each photo ID of the parent(s)/guardian(s) is required.
Child’s ID Information.
A photograph of your child is required along with their birth certificate.
Vaccinations.
Contra Costa County regulated preschool vaccinations must be complete upon application.
Enrollment.
Complete our Enrollment Packet which will be given to you by our staff during a scheduled tour.
